Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on the 30th of January, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska. When he was 13 years old, he relocated with his family from Nebraska to Casper within the Western part of Wyoming in Wyoming, where his father ran the local district of soil conservation in the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
