Noureen DeWulf was born on the 28th of February 1984 on February 28, 1984 in New York City. She was always interested in being an actress. The path to her career started as she enrolled in the School of the Arts at Boston University. Noureen began auditioning for roles shortly after her graduation. In 2005 she obtained a prominent role in a film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened at other film festivals around the globe following its premier at Sundance Film Festival 2005. In 2007, it was honoured with the Oscar in the category of Best Live Action Short Film. This paved the way for Noureen to succeed in future. Then, she starred in the highly acclaimed film Ghost World (2001), which earned her the Golden Globe nomination.
