Noureen DeWulf was born on February 28, 1984 at New York City. Her passion for acting was never fading. being an actress. As a student at the Boston University School of the Arts the actress began laying the foundations to pursue a career. Noureen was a part-time auditioner for various roles immediately after her graduation. She was cast in 2005. was featured as the lead in a film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in various film festivals all over the world after its premiere at Sundance Film Festival 2005.
